1. India Gate
India Gate is located at the heart of New Delhi, stands at 42meters height, an “Arc-de –Triomphe” like archway in the middle of crossroad. India Gate, named as DELHI MEMORIAL, as it is originally known as All India War Memorial .It is designed in monument form of Arch in New Delhi, mainly dedicated to all the soldiers who had lost their lives during First World War from 1914 to 1921.India gate is situated at the eastern end of Rajpath which is formerly known the Kingsway.
It started its Construction in 1921 and Completed in 1931. India Gate is made of yellow and red sandstone along with granite .In order to attract tourism ,Government of India has declared to built a National War Memorial and National War Museum at the park .
Here Tourist can come on Republic Day Parade i.e. on 26th January Every Year which has been the most prestigious and ceremonious event happen in front of India Gate.
Here you can experience boating at the Boating Club adjacent to the India Gate Grounds. and after you can have picnic and enjoy the sightseeing views .

2. Jantar Mantar
Jantar Mantar is located in the heart of Delhi, stands for (YANTRA –Instruments, MANTRA – Formulae).It was constructed in 1724 by Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur and after that built other observatories in Ujjain, Varanasi and Mathura. It Consists of 13 architectural astronomy Instruments.
The logic of this observatory was to predict the times and movements of the sun, moon, planets and moreover to compile astronomical tables. Thus, it is one of the best places in Delhi. It is located on the Parliament Street, south of Connaught Circus in New Delhi.
The main principal Instruments of these Observatories are the Samrat Yantra, the Jai Prakash Yantra, Ram Yantra, Misra Yantra, Shasthansa Yantra, Kapala Yantra, and Rasivalya Yantra. Bhairava Temple is located near the building and was also built by Maharaja Jai Singh II.

3.National Museum, New Delhi

It is opened in 6th November 2005,constructed by Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS).who is inspired by HH Yogiji Maharaj (1892-1971 CE) and is created by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj. Thus,it is one of the religious place. Starting with “Swagatam” as Welcome begins with encouraging symbols and prayers and acknowledge with Vedic prayer, welcomes all pilgrims from everywhere around the world. 6.Qutub Minar
